Our professional surroundings and atmosphere put $$$ in your pocket. We take pride in our office. It is always clean, uncluttered, neat and professional looking. Your clients will know they are dealing with a professional organization supporting their agent.

Auditorium: The center of the office houses a two story auditorium with a 10 foot TV/Computer Screen: This beautiful meeting facility has research areas, work areas, computer stations with large flat panel monitors for easy viewing, the large screen display for cable TV, satellite TV, computer, live Internet and PowerPoint presentations, an eight speaker Surround Sound system, and seating for more than 100. Adjoining is a comfortable living room type seating area and video library.

Client Conference Rooms: There are many conference rooms throughout the office to meet privately with clients. Most have computers to help you work with your clients without leaving your meeting. One is called the Library and is a warm comfortable room with couch and over stuffed chair to meet with clients in a relaxed atmosphere. Another is more of a boardroom style and can accommodate as many as 20 people. Other conference rooms will accommodate meetings from four to ten people. Conference rooms are equipped with tools such as computers, high speed printers and more.

Kitchen and Patio: Spacious, well-stocked kitchen adjoined by patio and picnic area w/umbrella tables and benches for relaxing breaks. TV with cable and satellite access plus closed circuit monitoring to view front door while waiting for clients. The picture to the right shows our well stocked kitchen area with its new Starbucks Coffee machine.

Copiers: We value your time so there are five copiers located around the office. Copiers are never more than a few feet away! These have all the “bells and whistles” and produce high quality professional looking copies. One of these is a color copier for copying feature sheets or even making great reproductions of your favorite photos. You can even enlarge your favorite wallet size picture to a great 8 x 10! Another will collate and assemble booklets for you at the touch of a couple of buttons with color covers if you like. If you do not want to do it yourself, our Creative Marketing department is there to assist you. Professional looking copies are important to us and when the quality isn’t 100%, the technicians are called immediately.

Fax Machines: There are five fax machines. Two are for incoming faxes and three are for outgoing faxes. Incoming faxes are received behind our front desk so that they remain confidential. Agents are paged or notified when a fax arrives and faxes are placed in your mailbox by the front desk staff. Outgoing fax machines are conveniently located in the office. These machines have memory storage so your faxes are scanned quickly and then sent. If you have a lengthy fax this can save you lots of time.

Key Machine: We also have a key machine so that we can make keys on site saving you more time.

Every detail has been considered in the design and use of the facility with the primary concept in mind that this must be a place where agents are comfortable and proud to conduct their business.
