Our Broker / Manager –In the course of building a successful real estate sales business, there are always questions and concerns that seem to arise with each deal. We not only have one of the most proactive and helpful Broker Owners in the industry, we also have a broker manager onsite who is a certified trainer and an expert at helping you with everyday legal and logistical concerns.

The Front Desk Team – Few areas are more important than the communications hub of a real estate company. Each call is answered promptly and with a smile. Agents do not miss their calls with this team and visitors always feel welcome. Calls can be forwarded to you personally, a number you choose or voice mail. Paging is also available.

This team also takes care of the mail and the Company Store. Most importantly, they are always willing to tackle your questions and concerns.

The front desk is staffed during business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. throughout the week and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Accounting – Being in business for yourself but not by yourself means that you have the resources behind you to streamline your operations, especially in terms of accounting and financial areas. Our accounting department provides the following:

  • Real Time accounting information including P&L Statements, and monthly profitability tracking
  • Commission Checks within 30 minutes of turning in all closing documents
  • TAX or IRA Withholding to our provider
  • Long Term Care insurance available through our provider
  • Statements Emailed to you (if desired)

AGENT SERVICES

Creative Marketing - Our creative marketing services staff can compete against any print shop with the added convenience of being in house and cost effective, which is money in your pocket! In addition to production, creative services are offered to personalize and expedite the delivery of your marketing efforts. Agents can arrange time with our staff to design a campaign for their marketing efforts and gain knowledge of effective marketing campaigns used by our top producers.

Transaction Coordination – You are an expert in listing, selling and people skills. Successful agents are also busy. Having the time and diligence required to make sure that transactions close smoothly and on time is often not the highest and best use of your time.For pennies on the dollar of a transaction you can have our transaction coordinators working for you. Buyers and Sellers will know your "team concept" means that you never miss a call on their home. It is a great reflection on your professionalism.

  • Listing Side: Just turn your new listing over to us and we can load the listing, set up the file, create and submit the ads, create the feature sheet, schedule appointments on the listing, make follow-up calls for input of showing agents and provide weekly feedback reports for you to give to your seller.
  • Closing Side: An experienced professional will review the contracts and required forms and develop/coordinate the plan that is necessary for the property to close. They will arrange the appraisals, inspections and other appointments necessary to make this process as painless as possible. They will prepare and send a variety of letters on your behalf including a letter along with an additional closing statement after year end to help your clients prepare taxes.
